Frequently asked
Do I have to watch ads?
No. In Popcade an ad only opens when you choose to watch one for a reward. No ad ever interrupts the game.
What is helium and how does it refill?
Helium is what lets you play a level. Losing a level, or leaving one after your first move, costs a tank; winning costs nothing. Tanks refill one every 20 minutes, up to 10. If you run out, you can watch an ad for a tank.
I can't beat a level
Every level can be solved; we test each one with a solver before it ships. If you're stuck, tap the hint button, use one of the powers along the bottom, or open the Guide on the home screen to see what the special balloons do.
Something I bought didn't arrive
Check your internet connection, then close the game and open it again. If it still hasn't arrived, send us Apple's receipt email (with the order number) and your player ID. Refund requests go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change the language?
Tap the Language row in Settings; the game switches between Turkish and English.
What happens to my data?
Popcade has no accounts; your progress is kept on your device. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
